Ripening & Care Instructions
- 1 Keep mangoes at room temperature and allow 2 to 5 days for natural ripening.
- 2 Check daily for that signature sweet Kesar aroma and soft squeeze test.
- 3 Avoid refrigerating the mangoes until they are fully ripe.
- 4 Once fully ripe, you can refrigerate them and consume within 3 to 5 days.
